NEW GOAL $10,000 FOR A CHEMO CHAIR IN MASONS NAME AT THE NEW CANCER WARD.
I am now raising another 10k for a family very close to our family who lost their dad/husband and my parents best friend Not long before mason. Dig deep. Every dollar really does count. And thank you
LET'S DO THIS!!!
My family first learnt of the Andrew love cancer centre and their amazing work when a family friend was diagnosed with mesothelioma.
Never ever did we think that we would be hit again with the c word (cancer) but unfortunately in June 2014 my brother mason wisbey was diagnosed with advanced stage 4 bowel cancer.
The Andrew Love Centre not only became a part of his life but a part of our families as well.
Although he hated what he had to go through and didnt want to be there, it was the professional staff that made all the difference. They are truely amazing. They not only show compassion and support for their patients but also their friends and family. They treated Mason like a normal healthy person although he was very very sick. This was one thing he loved and definately helped him through the bad days.
Although Mason lost his battle with cancer on the 1st of April, his journey was made so much easier by the staff at the ALCC.
